  Instructions for use:

  1. Heat the water in a pot to 90–95 ºC (the water should not boil). Lightly grease the inside of the mould if desired.

  2. Place the mould on a glass and crack an egg into it – excess liquid (condensation) will drain through the strainer, which is not egg white.

  3. Close the mould tightly and immediately place it in the pot – cook for about 3 minutes.

  4. Then remove the mould from the water and gently remove the egg.

  🧼 Cleaning tips:

  • Clean the mould immediately after use or soak it for a while to prevent dried residue.

  • If you want to prepare more than two eggs in a row, clean the mould after the second use for optimal performance.
