What data do we collect?

EMO-ETT d.o.o. collects the following personal data for business purposes: first and last name, address and place of residence, e-mail address, contact telephone number, password in encrypted form, and other data that users enter into forms on the lisca.com website. EMO-ETT, d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user. For security and verifiability, IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected. Each user is assigned a session cookie at the beginning of the visit to identify and track the shopping cart. EMO-ETT d.o.o. may also store other cookies on the user's computer, such as the user's identification number in encrypted form (to recognize the user on the next visit) and Google Analytics cookies (website visit analysis). Session cookies are stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while permanent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer for 2 years, after which they become inactive.

Method and purpose of personal data processing

By using the emo-shop.com website, the user agrees to the current rules and general terms and conditions published on this website. On this site, the user can regularly monitor any changes to the general terms and conditions and rules, and consequently the method and purpose of processing the collected personal data.

EMO-ETT, d.o.o., as the data controller, may use this data in anonymized summary form for statistical analysis purposes. Under no circumstances will EMO-ETT, d.o.o. pass on user data to unauthorized persons.

Sign up for e-news:

Users can subscribe to e-newsletters, with which EMO-ETT informs them, until revoked, about new products on offer online and at other points of sale, about marketing activities and other promotions. By subscribing to e-news, the user is entered into the list of e-news recipients, which is also a database of recipients of benefits offered by EMO-ETT to its users (loyalty discounts, monthly prize draw, etc.). To subscribe to e-news, EMO-ETT d.o.o. collects the following data: e-mail address, IP, and, if the user registers as a registered member, also first and last name, address, telephone number and date of birth.
After sending the form with the e-mail address, the user receives a confirmation message to the specified address – by confirming this, he/she is subscribed to EMO-SHOP e-news until revoked (so-called opt-in approval). At any time, he/she may request in writing or by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the e-news that the personal data controller permanently or temporarily ceases to use his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes. The request will be granted within 15 days of receipt of the request, as required by law. The user may also request data transfer or access to it. The Lisca d.d. controller undertakes to carefully protect the data in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of personal data.

The processing of data collected through participation in prize games is governed by the rules on prize games.
User registration:
In the emo-shop.com online store, an individual can register as a registered user. The contents of the online store are also accessible to anonymous unregistered users (guests). Registered users provide the required data during the registration process. Each registered user gets his/her own username and password, which is secret. The user is obliged to ensure that his/her username and password are used exclusively by him/her or a person authorized by him/her. Each user is independently responsible for the content he/she enters on the Lisca.com pages. The end customer in the Lisca.com online store is exclusively the registered user or unregistered user (guest) who buys goods for personal purposes or non-profit activity. The company EMO-ETT d.o.o. stores the data until revoked or unsubscribed in accordance with Slovenian legislation. If the user wishes to delete the user account, the e-mail must contain the following information: the subject of the message should be User account termination; the content of the order must include the user's first and last name, address and e-mail address with which the user registered; the message must be sent from the e-mail address with which the user is registered as a registered member.

Shopping as a guest:

If the user places an order as a guest, the company EMO-ETT d.o.o. will use the entered data to process the submitted order. EMO-ETT d.o.o., as a taxable person, must, in accordance with Article 86 of the ZDDV, ensure the storage of invoices relating to supplies of goods or services in the territory of Slovenia for at least 10 years after the expiry of the year to which the invoices relate – and thus also store the data contained on the invoice. Contact forms and sending e-mails The user can also send specific questions to the company EMO-ETT d.o.o. via contact forms or e-mail addresses published on the website, and thus entrust the controller with the data provided. These will be used to resolve the user's question. The e-mail addresses listed on the website are not personal, but business e-mail addresses. Therefore, they are not tied to one natural person, but the data sent in this way can be processed by different persons – with the aim of quickly and efficiently resolving the user's question. By sending an e-mail via the online form or to the addresses listed on this website, the user agrees to the general terms and conditions of use of the emo-shop.com website.

The user may at any time request access to the personal data processed by the controller, their restriction, deletion, correction or transfer of data. Payment card data entered by the user in the case of such a method of payment is transmitted in encrypted form from the user's computer directly to the bank's authorization server. Transmission of data to authorized partners The data entrusted to the controller by the user is confidential. EMO-ETT d.o.o. does not pass them on to unauthorized third parties. However, personal data may be passed on to trusted partners or by legal obligation, in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. Data may be passed on to:
- subsidiaries for the processing of customer orders related to the individual subsidiary;
- companies for data processing and information services that ensure the smooth operation of the website and its improvements (server hosting, e-mail marketing, etc.);
- marketing agencies for the purpose of remarketing (in encrypted form)
- companies that ensure a smooth purchase process (Paypal, delivery services, etc.)
- but only to the extent necessary for the successful execution of the order;
- authorized institutions, if required by law (court, etc.).

All partners who have access to personal data are obliged to handle them with care in accordance with European legislation.
