Instructions for use:

1. Heat water in a pot to 90–95 ºC (the water should not boil). If desired, you can lightly grease the inside of the cup to make it easier to slide the egg out.

2. Place the mould on a glass and crack an egg into it. This will drain off any excess liquid (condensation) that is not egg white!

3. Close the mould tightly and immediately place it in the pot for about 3 minutes.

4. Then remove the mould from the water and gently remove the egg!

🥚 Additional advantages:

• You can prepare several eggs at the same time in the pot, as you can place several moulds in it.

• Cleaning tip: clean the mould immediately after use or soak it for a while. This will prevent dried egg residue. If you want to make more than two eggs in a row in the same mould, clean it after the second use.
