This set with 2 interchangeable heads allows for quick and easy mixing and whisking. The ergonomic handle provides a better grip and greater stability. The mixing set works by rotating and pressing: simply push the handle down and the head rotates to achieve the desired result. Each of the 2 interchangeable heads has its own function:

• Whisk attachments: mix air into preparations, making them ideal for whipping cream, egg whites, meringues, etc.
• Mixing beaters: for achieving smooth mixtures such as creams, purées, cake batter, etc.
