The Aromat bio roasting pan will ensure a delicious, juicy and aromatic roast. The roasting pan has a lid with a measuring cup with a hole through which the necessary liquid (clear broth, flavoured water) slowly seeps through, which the food needs during cooking, roasting or stewing. This keeps the food juicy and retains all its aroma. If you want a crispier roast, open the roaster before the end of cooking.
